Unbearable Cigarette Smoke Ruined an Otherwise Great Location Positive: Excellent location, situated right next to a bus stop (just a 5-second walk from the main entrance) and about a 20-minute walk from the nearest main attractions. A late-night pizza place is conveniently located on the same block. All listed facilities were present and functional: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, cutlery, and a washing machine with a timer—which was great for scheduling laundry around sightseeing. The mixed-use building felt secure, peaceful, and quiet after 10:00 PM. The studio's layout was clearly well thought out. Negative: Persistent Smoke Smell Heavy smoking throughout the building rendered the room almost uninhabitable. The corridor had multiple ashtrays and residents frequently smoked in the central atrium. Because the studio door and windows are not airtight, cigarette smoke leaked in constantly, leaving the room and even the clean towels smelling like smoke 24/7. Loud coughing from smokers in the hallway was also a frequent issue. Flawed Shower Setup The shower head holder points directly at a nearby curtain that cannot contain the splash, leading to a soaked shower room floor. To prevent flooding, I had to handhold the shower head for my entire shower. Installing a longer hose and moving the holder to the adjacent wall would fix this design flaw.

I'd definitely return. Positive: New appliances: washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, hob, etc. The AC was a life-saver in this weather. Everything you need for 7 nights. I particularly liked the location of the property. The neighbours were also very friendly, and the house is very quiet during the night. This is a compact and practical place to stay for 1-2 people, even for longer time.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Positive: Die Lage war hervorragend und es war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Empfehlenswert, ohne Schnickschnack Positive: Kontakt sehr nett, schnelle Antwort, immer. Lage mit Bushaltestelle perfekt, man kommt von da aus an jede Richtungen. Negative: Es war sehr Hellhörig, aber wenn man eingeschlafen ist, war ok. Der Duschkopf ist interessant platziert, man muss es leider heben, sonst kommt das Wasser nach vorne, nicht nach unten.
