Weiner - Venetian Plaster Dwelling

Cosy apartment in very convenient location. Positive: Great location, so close to lots of food and public transport. Easily walkable to most attractions. Apartment was big and well heated, even with the heating turned off (we are not big heating fans) the Apartment was warm. Everything worked well. Dishwasher and washing machine was handy. Apartment complex felt secure and was quiet. The street is quiet despite being in a busy area. Instructions from host were excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again. Negative: Small bedroom had ticking sound - ended up moving mattress into another room. The apartment is up 3 levels, but we knew this before booking so we just considered it extra workout. It is difficult on arrival and departure with baggage. Main bed could use some better quality bedding - thin mattress could feel the bed slats underneath through it. Was okay, but we like harder beds so it didnt bother us too much. Would not suit someone who gets pain from hard beds. Pillows need replacement quite urgently - they are very lumpy and old with the stuffing broken up. We couldn't use the pillows and slept without them because they were so uneven. This is a nice cheap quick fix that would improve sleep quality a lot. No couch but that didnt really affect us.

Positive: I really liked the location, the staff were polite and always ready to help. The interior was nice. Negative: In the small room, the water meter—which is located right inside the room—could always be heard. I had to sleep with a pillow over my head or with earphones.

El depa bien, el edificio y mantenimiento mal. Positive: El departamento es cómodo, amplio, y tiene las facilidades para cocinar, el baño con buenas instalaciones Negative: El departamento está en un edificio feo, sin mantenimiento, sin ascensor subir tres pisos. No tiene luces las escaleras, las paredes pintadas, sucio, el ingreso da miedo. Yo pedí me cambien el alojamiento, el cual no fue aceptado. Las fotos de la cocina no son las actuales, le han sacado los ladrillos y han dejado las paredes todas descascaradas... Con pena, porque el depa está bien, pero el edificio asusta.
