Positive: Everything! Negative: No mop in bathroom

Location is great, everything else is okay...ish Positive: Excellent location: the red and the green metro lines and the most frequent tram line (4-6) are within a 5-min walk, restaurants, grocery stores nearby Equipment: you basically have everything you need, kitchen utensils, cooking oil, 2 types of salt, tea, refrigerator, microwave oven, even a regular oven, although for some reason sugar was missing and there was only one huge kitchen knife, no normal sized one... Design: can be charming for those who like these types of old high ceiling apartments with older furnitures etc. Negative: Check-in process is more complex than it should be: You get three 4-digit codes. With the first one you have to collect a proxy from a parking lot a couple minutes walk away. With the help of the proxy you get into the building. You then use the same proxy for getting to the staircase / elevator. You then have to use the second code to be able to enter the apartment. Then you use the third code on the box at the door of your studio, retrieve the key from it, which allows you to finally enter it. Heating: at the time of my rental (December) the heating did not work. At night I had no issues as there was a portable panel next to the bed which gave enough warm but it is not able to heat the big studio at all. So when I had to do some remote work and was in the studio during the day, I was cold. I messaged the owner and they replied me that they are aware of it but they were not successful yet to have a technician look at it. I have to add that I have thyroid issues, so someone with normal metabolism may have been ok with the temperature probably. Bathroom: no window which is ok but no bathroom ventilation either Noise: it is generally quiet but if there is someone in the common room, you can hear everything they do, phone conversations etc Design: can be annoying for those who don't really like these type of apartments with high ceiling, old furniture, creaky floorboards etc.

最高 Positive: 歴史ある建物で地下鉄、トラムの駅から近い。 清潔に管理されている。 Negative: 入室時、扉のノブが外れてしまいましたが、 すぐに修理してくださいました。

Negative: Fehlende Nachttischlampe, kein Schalter am Bett um Licht unten zu löschen. Daher etwas umständlich. Sonst alles hervorragend.

Positive: Appartement confortable aménagé avec goût
