Raday 15 - Pink Panther Room

Positive: Check-in hat super funktioniert. Es werden alle Schritte ganz genau beschrieben. Das Apartment liegt sehr gut. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und viele Restaurants. Für uns war das Frühstück perfekt. Das gab es unter dem Apartment in einem Café. Man hat die Wahl zwischen Sandwich oder Bagel, man bekommt ein süßes Gebäck, Kaffee oder Tee und einen Saft. Es war auch sehr lecker und ein guter Start in den Tag. Die nach oben offene Toilette ist etwas seltsam, man sieht nicht, aber hört fast alles. Wir hatten das pinke Zimmer und die Beleuchtung hätte etwas mehr sein können, mir fehlte ein großer Spiegel. Aber sonst waren wir zufrieden.

Positive: Całkiem dobra lokalizacja. Stosunkowo blisko do metra, autobusów czy tramwai Negative: Niestety brak klimatyzacji przy 40stopniach ciepła okazał się koszmarem

What a find! Positive: What a find! I had cancelled a more expensive hotel and booked here as a money saver. But was astounded at what I got. A very large (pink) room - number 1 - book this as it is the largest, and the pink walls not at all worrying as they appear on the Booking.com site. A rather odd but effective biggish bathroom installed in the room, with the most glorous full pressure walk in shower. It was warm in Budapest, but the upright fan was fine. The management were incredible - whenever I sent a message to them via Booking.com, they replied immediately. They provided extra hangers and a large top sheet on request, and the included breakfast in the friendly next dooor cafe was just fine. I used their available washing machine and dryer with their soap powder, though didn't bohter with the shared kitchen facilities (others did though). The place is located on a street full of restaurants, and a short walk from a supermarket. It is the lower end of town, but the number 2 tram runs along the river and is 5 minutes walk. This was my 4th visit to Budapest, and I would return to room numbrer 1 here any time! Perhaps the only thing mising was a desk and chair if you use a laptop. And you have to carry your luggage up the rather grand staircase to the second floor. Minor quibbles.

Positive: Poloha hotelu a komunikace s ubytováním. Snídaně hned vedle hlavního vchodu, příjemné posezení a obsluha. Negative: Koupelna s toaletou jsou doslova v pokoji a oddělené jen částečně stěnou a prosklením. Spolubydlící tak ví o všem co se zde děje.
