József 36 - Spacious Double Central Apt

Love Budapest. Positive: Location, size, comfort. Public transport at the front door. I'd stay again. Negative: Wasn't told where the washing machine was. Frustrating entry procedure when you arrive at midnight in a strange city after 16 hours travelling. Very few kitchen utensils though many restaurants close by.

Praticamente perfetto Positive: L'appartamento aveva un'ottima posizione perchè pur non essendo centralissimo è collegato benissimo con tutta la città; soprattutto la linea 6 della tramvia ferma a 10 metri e circolando tutta la notte è comodissimo per spostarsi la sera dopo cena, senza preoccuparsi di come tornare! Era tutto esattamente come nelle foto e il contatto con gli host è stato molto facile!! La lavatrice è un plus se si viaggia durante l'estate! Negative: Le tende per oscurare le finestre sono corte e quindi non bastano a oscurare la luce al mattino, quindi se si è sensibili alla luce può dare noia. Sostituire le tende sarebbe piccolo upgrade che però farebbe la differenza; in ogni caso l'appartamento è estremamente piacevole e confortevole!

Great stay Positive: Very spacious and bright apartment. Good location for us to get around town. The complex felt safe. Nice to have kitchen facilities (with a few basics like S+P/oil) and a washing machine etc. The owner/manager was very responsive on booking when we had any questions/issues. Good WiFi and nice to have a smart TV so we could watch Disney etc. Negative: Kitchen equipment is slightly lacking. Missing a curtain in one room otherwise a very good stay. I thought the app based ID checking system might be a pain but actually it was very easy in the end.

Positive: Alles wie beschrieben, schöne Altbauwohnung. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage. Negative: Der Zugang über die Schlüsselbox ist für Normalbürger durchaus herausfordernd. Obwohl gut beschrieben, war es echt ein Akt an die Schlüssel zu kommen, da u.a. die Zahlen an der Schlüsselbox nur schwer zu lesen waren. Einmal im 2. OG angekommen, steht man vor der nächsten Herausforderung - dann ist ein Zahlencode einzugeben. Dabei muss man aber genau wissen, wann man die erste Ziffer drücken "darf", ansonsten wählt man falsch und ein Alarm wird ausgelöst. Ist mir 2 x Mal passiert, aber die Nachbarn hatten wohl schnell erkannt, dass ich nur ein doofer Tourist und kein Einbrecher bin. Wie auch immer: Der Zugang war der einzige Abzug - das sollte einfach besser gehen. Ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft.
